The Acoaxet Club, is a private, members only (and invited guests) club located in the heart of Westport Harbor. Our Clubhouse enjoys breathtaking panoramic views of our 9-hole golf course, the Atlantic Ocean and its beaches, the Westport River, Cuttyhunk Island and the beautiful surrounding countryside. Westport is halfway between Providence, RI and the top of Cape Cod, but we are 20 minutes in from the highway. We are pleased to offer Clubhouse accommodations to our members and their guests.
All of our rooms are located in the main clubhouse, on the 2nd floor. They are decorated in traditional Cape Cod style. The rooms have wall heaters and window a/c units. Prices include a complimentary continental breakfast (in season) and limited privileges for golf, tennis, pickleball and use of the dining room when it is open in season. The rooms are available for rent from Memorial Day Weekend to September 30th. Rooms are available for Weddings or groups renting in May and October, if using all 4 rooms, (9.7% MA state room tax is extra). In season, a two night minimum is required (late June through Labor Day).
2024 Room Rates
All room rates are based on single/double occupancy. For more than 2 adults in a room, there is a $30 per person per night charge for each adult 18yrs or older. Children under 18yrs. sharing with two adults are $20 per child per night. (9.7% MA state and local room tax is extra.) In summer "high season" (JULY 4TH WEEK THROUGH LABOR DAY WEEKEND), a two night minimum is required. Continental Breakfast included in nightly rate.
All rooms are accessed by stairs. Regrettably our Clubhouse is older and we do not have handicap access by elevator. We offer 4 guest rooms on the 2nd floor of our New England style Clubhouse.

CHECK-IN TIME is 4:00pm on day of arrival. We will get you in sooner if possible, but no guarantees.
CHECK-OUT TIME is 11:00am SHARP on day of departure, so housekeeping can start their work. A fee of $50.00 will be charge for late check outs.
Access to a local private beach club is available for $15 per person per day. Children age 12/under are complimentary. Parking is included for one car per day. Access is for Acoaxet Club registered guests only. Please bring your own beach towels, chairs, food & drinks. There is no food/drink service at the beach club. There are changing rooms and restrooms on site, as well as outdoor cold showers for rinsing off.
Golf, Tennis and Pickleball can be arranged subject to availability and club events. For golf call 508-636-4782, #1 or stop by the Pro Shop. For tennis or pickleball call 508-636-4782, #8 or stop by the Racquets Shop (Racquets Shop will be open weekend mornings in June, and open full time late June to Labor Day)

ROOM CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of cancellation, we will make every attempt to re-sell the room, but if we have turned away other reservations and cannot re-sell the room, you will be charged a $25 booking fee. Within 7 days or No Show: 100% of Room Charge
